la dieta me gusto mucho ,ya que comes muy bien y a pesar de ser de proteínas,tienes la opción de comer ciertas frutas y semillas que hacen la dieta más placentera,con el resultado estoy contenta ya que con otras dietas se me estaba complicando bajar de peso

My review will not do justice to what a talented, amazing Doctor Dr. Solis is...I first met Dr. Solis in June of 2019, I went to see him about having a procedure done. Right away I felt confident that I had made the BEST possible choice. He explained everything and all risks with each procedure. I decided I want to work with him. He sent me for some test and a CT scan. Only to our surprise, I had a huge hernia. Our guesstimate is that I have had this for at least 25-30 years. Dr. Solis felt that I needed to lose some weight before he felt it was safe for me to have the surgery. He guided me the whole way through my weight loss journey until I got to safe surgery weight. I had my surgery in December of 2019. From the first moment in the hospital to today, I have never received such amazing care from a Doctor. He has contacted me at least once, if not 3 times a day to see how I'm doing. He truly understands patients needs and concerns. One day he said to me "Janet ask me anything, even if it seems not relevant". WOW!!! When working with Dr. Solis you just don't get him you get his whole team, from his assistant to his Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Solis is a man on a mission to change how patients are dealt with in and out of the hospital. He fights for his patients first. To sum up, Dr. Solis is a kind, caring, compassionate, highly trained and skilled surgeon. I have absolutely every confidence in him. would I recommend him? YES I WOULD!!!!
